In-House Lamination.
To provide a complete manufacturing solution, we offer professional In-House Lamination services. We specialize in the application of Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) to a wide variety of materials.
- Lamination is the application of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) to a material, bonding adhesive to one or both sides so parts can peel and stick or join two surfaces.
- PSA lamination is used on rubbers, sponges, foams, and plastics such as Viton, neoprene, EPDM, silicone, nitrile, PTFE, and Poron for adhesive-backed gaskets and bonding spacers.
- We laminate single- or double-sided PSA in-house with controlled pressure and tension, then move directly to die cutting or flash cutting to streamline production.

Benefits of in-house lamination.
By laminating your materials on-site, we ensure a superior bond and streamline the production process for your adhesive-backed parts:
Single or Double-Sided Application. We can apply adhesive to one or both sides of your material. This flexibility is essential for creating everything from simple peel-and-stick gaskets to complex bonding spacers that join two different surfaces together.
Precision Bond Strength. Our lamination process uses controlled pressure and tension to ensure the adhesive is applied evenly and without air bubbles. This creates a consistent, high-strength bond across the entire surface of the material.
Streamlined Production. Laminating in-house allows us to move directly from the lamination line to our die cutting or flash cutting equipment. This integrated workflow reduces lead times and eliminates the extra shipping costs associated with sending material to an outside laminator.
Custom Adhesive Selection. We work with a variety of pressure sensitive adhesives, that we can tailor to your specific application.
