Precision Die Cutting
Flatbed and hydraulic die cutting of gaskets, washers, shims, spacers, and diaphragms from elastomers, plastics, foam, sponge, and composite gasketing materials. Suitable for most materials and production volumes. Custom tooling produced in-house.

Rotary Die Cutting
High-speed rotary die-cutting of rubber, plastics, EMI/RFI shielding, sponge, foam, and various gasketing materials in continuous web and roll form. Ideal for high-volume production of thin sealing components and films, with consistent part geometry and tight tolerances across high production quantities.

Lathe Cutting
Precision lathe-cut O-rings, washers, and seals turned directly from tube or rod stock, plus square-cut rubber washers and gaskets from all elastomeric materials. Achieves dimensional tolerances and surface finishes that flatbed cutting cannot match on cylindrical geometries. Ideal for demanding sealing applications.

Machining
In-house CNC and manual machining supporting tooling development, tool and die maintenance, and production of precision components beyond the capability of standard stamping processes. We machine custom parts from various plastics and hold ±.001 on critical dimensional tolerances, which reduces lead times and tooling costs.

Slitting & Sheeting
Precision slitting of roll materials to specified widths and sheeting to required lengths. Supports custom gasket sheet stock preparation, material preparation for downstream fabrication, or direct use in your assembly process.

Pad Printing & Kitting
Pad printing of part numbers, identification markings, or company name in various ink colors, per customer specifications or MIL-STD-130. Parts are bagged and tagged in specified quantities and labeled with P/N. Polybag, blister, and custom packaging and kitting simplify your receiving and assembly process.
