Precision die-cut sealing
components, since 1971.
For more than five decades, Cannon Gasket has built a reputation for precision die-cut washers, gaskets, shims, spacers, diaphragms, capliners, septa, and seals. Our seasoned sales staff and production team support every stage of design and development, from prototype through production runs of millions or small lots.
We stock a broad range of materials to accelerate prototype development, sampling, and quick-turn orders. Stocking agreements, including blanket orders, JIT, VMI, and Kanban, keep production lines running, while in-house tooling handles custom shapes and ongoing maintenance.
At Cannon Gasket, no job is too large or too small.

Diaphragms & rotary
die-cutting.
Diaphragms
High-strength, tear-resistant diaphragms for high-pressure applications where the material must flex repeatedly over time. Materials are integrated with reinforcing fabrics for application performance and pressure response.
Used in automotive, aerospace, medical, agricultural, water and fuel markets, and other industrial applications.
- Buna-N / Nitrile
- Neoprene
- EPDM
- Silicone
- Fluorosilicone
- Viton®
- PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)
- Nylon
- Dacron® / polyester
- Nomex®
- Kevlar®

Rotary die-cutting
The optimal cutting process for high-quantity runs and adhesive-backed materials. Rotary presses cut and laminate simultaneously for efficient, economical production. We use magnetic plate tooling or engraved machined dies for tight tolerance requirements; presses cut most non-metallic materials with PSA on one or two sides. Parts can be supplied "kiss-cut" for peel-and-stick assembly.
- 3M® adhesives and tapes
- Hypoallergenic adhesives for medical applications
In-house processes.
Prototype to production.
Lathe cutting
Lathe-cut washers and seals are an alternative to O-rings where square walls and superior sealing matter. Unlike calendered rubber, lathe cutting handles parts thicker than die-cut limits and non-standard thicknesses unavailable in calendered stock.
Manufactured from extruded tube, mandrel-built, or molded rubber tube. Materials include Neoprene, EPDM, Buna-N / Nitrile, Silicone, Fluorosilicone, Viton®, Polyurethane, SBR, Polyisoprene, FDA / medical grade, and military spec.
EMI / RFI gaskets
EMI / RFI shielding conductive silicone elastomers built to MIL-DTL-83528C. Used for shielding gaskets in military, aerospace, electronics, and communications applications. Conductive silicones balance electrical conductivity with cost performance for commercial work.
- Designed around or built to MIL-DTL-83528 (Nickel Graphite filled)
- Silver Aluminum filled
- Silver Copper filled
- Silver Glass filled
Clean room
ISO 7 / Class 10,000 clean-environment stamping for medical, FDA, electronic, and scientific applications where particulate control is required. HEPA filtration, room pressure monitor, airflow monitor, and constant temperature and humidity controls.
Pad printing & packaging
Pad-print part numbers, identification marks, or company names on each part. Various ink colors. Marking per customer specification or MIL-STD-130.
Packaging: parts can be bagged and tagged into specific quantities and labeled with part number or any required information. Capability to meet specific packaging or labeling requirements.
